Experience the excitement of a ceramic firing method often referred to as RAKU.
Glaze an art piece, assist in the Raku firing process which results in distinct glaze colors, patterns and designs, and create your own special ceramic art forms.
Hand-building techniques, pottery wheel and other art methods will be presented.
Dress appropriately for a creative time with clay and feel free to bring your favorite refreshments and treats.

Glass Fusing
Enjoy some fun and fellowship as you create your own unique glass design using various colors and forms of glass, including frit, stringers and gorgeous dichroic glass elements. You will explore basic glass fusing techniques and learn some of the history and advanced methods of this distinctive art form during this 3-hour workshop retreat.
